I am not sure how many kids have imaginary friends. I never had one, and aside from my neice's imaginary Grandmother Ella, I had never encountered one. Grant doesn't have an imaginary friend, exactly...but at times I catch him whispering under his breath and looking like this:
When I ask him what he is doing he replies with a hand up shushing me, or a remark like "Hold on, I am talking to THE BRAIN." Occasionally he will even burst out in the middle of the day, "What a great idea BRAIN!" Or after I ask him a question, he will say, "Let me ask the Brain." very interesting.
Katelee likes to think she is Grant's second mother. She frequently gives him loving instructions throughout the day "Make sure you watch for cars, Grant" "That is NOT good manners, Grant." etc. Well, the other day, Grant had had enough. He said, "Are you my boss, Katelee?" Katelee calmly turned to her subject and responded..."NO, I am the Queen." Glad we all know our places in the world!

Do you think he's possessed? Ask the Queen, I bet she'll know.
that is so funny. I love the look on Grant's face, that is one smart brain.
your kids are the cutest!
Just be worried when he makes plans to take over the world. Though I highly doubt Katelee will let the happen. I can't wait to see the comments we get to hear when that other little one comes.
LOL!!!!
Queenie and the Brain!! Love it. I love the Grantman. He is so hilarious. I still remember when he got to my house last year and said that's okay I'll be a girl tonight. And I can still hear Katelee calling Droopie, Poopie, Poopie. They are so adorable!! I just love them and can't wait to see what our newest little niece is going to look like. Your kids definitely have personality plus!!
That is great.
Grant is definitely one of a kind. Crazy but funny little kid and sounds like Katelee is all girl. We should get together and catch up sometime!
Too cute!! Grant cracks me up...and Katelee, well, she's got it all right. "Queen"...I love it! ;)
